4 Phases of Implementation

The implementation of the Professional Council Management System (PCMS) follows a structured process to ensure a smooth transition from traditional methods to a fully automated, efficient system. Each phase plays a crucial role in preparing users and ensuring that the system meets the needs of the Professional Council and its stakeholders. Below are the four key phases of PCMS implementation:

Phase 1 : Customization and Pretesting

A select group of council staff and professionals use the system in real-world conditions during pilot testing. This phase identifies issues, gathers feedback, and makes necessary adjustments. It is crucial for validating the system’s functionality, user experience, and performance before rolling it out to all users.

Phase 2 : Pilot testing

A select group of users, including council staff and professionals, are invited to use the system in real-world conditions. Pilot testing aims to identify any issues, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments. This phase is crucial for validating the system’s functionality, user experience, and performance before wider rollout.

Phase 3 : In-service Training and Professional Orientation

During this phase, council staff and professionals receive training on using the PCMS effectively. Workshops introduce automated processes like registration, document submission, and payments. This ensures a smooth transition from manual to digital services, helping users become familiar with the system and its new functionalities.

Phase 4 : Full Implementation

After successful pilot testing and training, the PCMS is fully implemented for all users. Professionals can now access all services online, including registration, licensure exams, and license renewals. Continuous monitoring and support are provided to ensure smooth operation, addressing any issues and optimizing the system as needed.
